My journey into photography began unexpectedly. When I graduated high school, the management company that operated all the Burger Kings where I worked gifted me my first 35mm camera. What started as a practical tool quickly became a way of seeing—learning to frame moments, notice light, and slow down enough to pay attention.
That early introduction shaped how I photograph today: travel-driven landscape work focused on presence, scale, and the quiet power of place.
